With over 15 years experience of property management and development on the Big Island, I will personally walk you through the entire home inspection process to give you a clear and thorough picture of the current condition of your home. I always allocate time after concluding my inspection to walk the property with you to explain any issues and ensure you are satisfied.
My goal is to give you a full understanding of your home and the systems that make it complete in language you understand. From my time teaching toddlers to talk and 'adults' to dive, to buying my first home, I know everyone starts from a different place and I encourage you to ask as many questions as you can think of. The only silly question is the one that wasn't asked.
When making such an important decision as buying a home it is important to be aware of all aspects of it and the care that may be required to keep it safe, strong and comfortable for many years to come. As such, I will look for any and all defects that currently need work, concerns that should be minded for future repair or maintenance and make suggestions for their possible fixes. I will also include tips and strategies for looking after your home and maximizing its life for a long happy future together. I want to ensure the value of your home inspection pays for itself many times over!
Honesty and integrity is important to me, I will be working for you, the client, and I will be looking as closely at your property as if it was my own or my children's.
